Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the PositiveNewsIndia Supporter membership, operated by [Business legal name] and billed through Razorpay.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time from the Supporter area ("Cancel membership"), or by emailing [support email]. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Refunds
Because the membership is a low-cost recurring subscription that unlocks access immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, we will review refund requests in good faith and may issue a refund in cases of:
- a duplicate or accidental charge;
- a technical failure that prevented you from accessing Supporter features; or
- a charge after a valid cancellation request.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
How to request a refund
