These Terms govern your use of PositiveNewsIndia (the "Service"), a free feed of positive, heritage and culture videos for India, operated by EcoSanskriti Innovation, India ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Contact: sasmalgiri@gmail.com.

The Service

PositiveNewsIndia curates a feed of videos that are embedded from YouTube and play in YouTube's official player. We do not host, store or own the video content, and we do not charge for watching it. The Service is currently free to use.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 18 years old (or to use the Service with a parent or guardian).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, attempt to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Your use of YouTube content through the Service is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

Video content belongs to its respective creators and is served via YouTube. The PositiveNewsIndia name, design and curation are ours. If we later offer an optional supporter membership, separate terms and pricing will be shown at that time.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
